Disc Golf Course Policies
The membership is for rounds of disc golf only, not trail walking, fishing, hiking, camping … etc.
Please be gentle in the Wolfman Woods parking lot and refrain from driving on the course or undesignated spaces.
Please bring all trash back to the trash can at the Wolfman Woods starting point.
We love music as much as you do, but please respect our neighbors and keep the volume at a reasonable volume as you play.
Be kind and respectful to fellow players on the course, for example: don’t throw if there is a chance of hitting someone else!
We welcome Spot and Fido out on the course, but please remember that all pets must remain on a leash during play!
DISC GOLF LIABILITY WAIVER
To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and fully able to participate in the Disc Golf Course. I understand that there are several liability risks associated with participating in this activity such as (but not limited to) damage to a building or car, personal injury, injury to pedestrians who might walk through the course, etc. I agree to abide by the rules posted for this. I voluntarily assume these risks and the associated financial costs, should damages occur. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation in this event, including physical injury or even death, and herby elect to voluntarily participate in said event, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained by me, or loss or damage to property owned by me or by others. As a result of participation in this course, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jackson Martin, relative employees, or Wolfman Woods from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in disc golf. In signing by the below digital form, I acknowledge and represent that I have read the forgoing waiver of liability and hold harmless agreement, understand it and sign voluntarily as my own free act and deed; and I execute this release for adequate and complete consideration intending to be bound to the rules, liability, and policies of this course or risk dismissal from Wolfman Woods.
